While typing this review I wanted to express my satisfaction with DGSE. The word that best summarized my experience would be "AMAZING". There was a slight hiccup with my special order but Catherine handled it with the upmost professionalism. She embodied every quality one should have while providing service to others. The word that best describes her behavior would be "EXEMPLARY". As for the rest of the store everyone was very attentive without any prejudgements. While picking up our special order we purchased some diamond earings from Sherry. Her attentiveness was similar to Catherine's which tells me the culture in this establishment should be emulated. BTW. They gave me a military discount which I appreciate. THANK YOU

I was nervous to come try to sell a family heirloom anywhere, after visiting a few shops I found this place offered a slightly higher price which was not much more, but the level of customer service far surpassed any other place offering to buy jewels in this area.
I really appreciated the time Rith took to look at my piece and to explain to me his methods for pricing. He was quick, professional and courteous.
