Great experience at Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange today. My fiancee had cleared out her jewelry box and had some pieces she never wore. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and greeted us with an offer of coffee or water. We went to the appraisal desk and met Daniel, who is the manager of the Euless location, but was at the Preston location for the day. He was very friendly and took his time letting us know what he was doing and sharing the “in’s and out’s” of the valuation process. He made a fair offer on the gold and gave us trade in options on the stones we chose not to sell. Daniel comfortably shared his expertise with us. We are very glad to add him to our list of contacts and we look forward to our next opportunity to do business with Daniel and his company.

I recently brought my watch to get polished and they did a fantastic job for a great price. When I picked up the watch the sales rep noticed that the 12:00 mark on the bezel was missing. They quickly replaced it without asking. They could’ve easily said it wasn’t on my watch in the first place but they immediately noticed it and corrected it without my asking. The customer service was over the top.
