How long does it take to repair my watch or jewelry? ExpandBring your item in to any of our locations and speak to a sales rep. We will go over your repair and write up a detailed repair ticket. We will also go over how long your repair will take and how we will communicate with you during the repair process.
Do your Rolexes come with the original packaging? ExpandWhile we can’t promise every Rolex will have its original packaging, we do our best to ensure that every Rolex comes with as much of its original packaging as possible during our buying process.
What are the qualifications of your watch repair experts? ExpandWe have an on-site, state-of-the-art Swiss watch repair service with dedicated technicians who test and service fine mechanical timepieces to ensure they’re operating at optimum levels. For years, our watch craftsmen have trained at the esteemed American Watchmakers -Clockmakers Institute (AWCI). We also seek out graduates from the Watchmakers of Switzerland Training & Education Program (WOSTEP). We’ve qualified for a Swiss Watch Group parts account and, in order to do this, our horology professionals underwent additional rigorous training and testing at the Swatch Group’s service center near New York City.
