The last few months I have been to the Dallas location three times selling different items. Mike McKee is definitely the person to ask for. He makes you feel comfortable from the start. He is nice, very knowledgeable, fair in all offers - and there is never any pressure!! For the items you’re having a hard time parting with, he is so kind and patient. Mike has been absolutely amazing to work with!! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

I was nervous to come try to sell a family heirloom anywhere, after visiting a few shops I found this place offered a slightly higher price which was not much more, but the level of customer service far surpassed any other place offering to buy jewels in this area. I really appreciated the time Rith took to look at my piece and to explain to me his methods for pricing. He was quick, professional and courteous. I have used this location before and had fine service, but today was even better. THANK YOU RITH for making this process easier for me. Job well done. I will definitely be back to this location.
