General FAQ:
We accept cash, debit, or checks for purchases of bullion. We require a 10 day business hold on items paid for with checks.
We accept cash, credit, debit, PayPal, and wire transfers on purchases of jewelry.
We offer financing on everything except bullion and watches.
All sales of fine watches, bullion clearance/final sale items and custom, sized, or engraved items are final. These items cannot be returned. All other purchased items may be returned by the customer to DGSE within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be accompanied by their original receipt, box, invoice, laboratory report, appraisal, warranty certificate and associated component parts (e.g., bracelet links, screws) provided at the time of sale. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bullion FAQ:

Typically, we see a demand of U.S. Gold coins. As for silver, either a generic 1oz silver round or an American Silver Eagle.
Fine gold is pure gold which is 24-karat.
US Minted Gold and Silver coins.
The benefits of buying US Minted Coins is their credibility and acceptance. You can take US Minted coins to any dealer around the U.S. for an estimate and sale.
We buy all coins as long as they are collectible or have precious metal value.
Watch FAQ:
Unfortunately, we do not.
The majority of our fine watches are pre-owned, although some were never worn and kept in original packaging.
Yes, we buy watches and we do offer trade-ins.

Yes, we do. We have a full-service watch center on site that can repair all major brands of watches.
Service & Repair FAQ:
We are a full-service watch and jewelry repair center. Our in-house jewelers and watchmakers are ready to help with any of your jewelry or watch repair needs. We can assist with services ranging from batteries to custom jewelry design.
Different repairs can take different lengths of time. Batteries can take just a few minutes while a full watch service can take up to a month. Similarly, some jewelry repairs may be completed while you wait while others could take more time. Speak to a sales representative to get more details on how long your repair will take.
We recommend bringing your jewelry in every 6 months for a cleaning and to have the stones checked for tightness. Luxury watches can go 3 to 5 years between services.
Bring your item in to any of our locations and speak to a sales rep. We will go over your repair and write up a detailed repair ticket. We will also go over how long your repair will take and how we will communicate with you during the repair process.
